Protect your privacy when using adult AI apps
What to check before sharing photos, voice recordings, or chats with an adult AI app.
Check what gets stored
Read the provider’s privacy and deletion terms before creating an account. Look for how long it keeps chats and uploads, whether content can be used for training or reviewed by people, and whether you can delete individual items or the whole account.
Limit what you upload
Keep full names, addresses, identity documents, work information, intimate photos, and voice samples out of prompts unless you have a clear need and understand the provider’s handling of them. Use fictional adults or material you have permission to use.
Protect the account
Use a unique password and enable multifactor authentication if offered. Review gallery visibility before generating or uploading anything. Check whether deletion applies to backups, moderation records, and linked accounts.
